You’re most likely reading this policy because you’re interested in subscribing to our e-mail newsletter(s) and you want to be sure that your private information is kept private.
At Marty Marsh Creative Enterprises, we are committed to honoring and protecting your privacy. Because we provide a business service that often will require repeated contact with you, we do request your contact information on several pages of our website. Additionally, because we offer e-mail newsletters and eZines, subscribers will need to provide us with an e-mail address in order to receive the newsletters or eZines.
Because we also publish several print publications and make additional offers which are distributed through the United States Postal Service, we may also ask for your full postal mailing address.
Thank you for trusting Marty Marsh Creative Enterprises with your personal information. You can rest assured that we will do everything possible to protect your information without fail and that we will use that information for our own business purposes only.
What We Send
We send out two e-mail newsletters. On every Monday we send out Marty’s Monday Marketing Memo for Soul Proprietors and on the third Friday of each month, we send out a longer eZine, The Successful Soul Proprietor, both of which may include advertisements for various Soul Proprietor and Marty Marsh Creative Enterprises products and services including teleclasses, eBooks, and other beneficial products. From time to time, we may also include messages and advertisements from our business and service partners. And occasionally, we will also reserve the right to send out solo advertisements for our products and services.
Unsubscribing from the eZines
You may unsubscribe from any of our publications at any time you choose. At the bottom of every e-mail we send, you’ll find an unsubscribe link that will remove you from our lists. Simply click, follow the onscreen instructions and your removal will be automatic.
Use of Your Personal Information
Any personal information we ask for is used to fulfill your requests relating to our own services. We also may keep records of visitors who contact us to let them know about future developments either to our website(s), eZines or our company.
Marty Marsh Creative Enterprises, however, does outsource some of our contact functions, including, upon occasion, the delivery of our e-mail newsletter(s) and eZine(s).
We have developed outsourcing relationships only with those companies that are as dedicated to protecting your privacy as we are and strictly forbid them from using your information in any capacity other than to contact you at our request.
Marty Marsh Creative Enterprises will disclose information revealed at our site(s), without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is absolutely necessary.
Control of your Personal Information
You have our promise that when you release personal information to us, Marty Marsh Creative Enterprises will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed above. It will be used only for the purposes outlined above.
Marty Marsh Creative Enterprises may send out periodic e-mails to individuals who have contacted us through our website. Should you NOT want to receive these e-mails, you can opt-out at any time. Instructions are included on all mass-produced e-mails including our newsletters and eZines. Should you wish to stop receiving personal contacts (those contacts directed specifically to you), you can simply respond to the specific contact and request removal.
Changes to this Statement
Any changes to this document will be highlighted with a link at the top of this document pointing to the changes made. This link will appear for at least 30 days from the time changes are made.
If You Suspect That Abuse Has Occurred
Although we make every effort to ensure our e-mail newsletter and eZine list is safe, the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee our list is invulnerable to attacks. If you believe there has been a breach of our list security, please contact us at once at listsecurity@martymarsh.com.
We work with a variety of business clients to help them in marketing their businesses both offline and online and we continually remind those clients that they must maintain only opt-in lists; however, if you believe you have received an e-mail from one of our clients that you did not request, please send a copy of the e-mail to abuse@martymarsh.com and we will address it immediately.
Thank you in advance for helping us to ensure that your privacy is respected.
If you have questions or concerns about this privacy policy, please contact Marty Marsh at 206-290-7901 or via e-mail or write to Marty Marsh Creative Enterprises 8314 Greenwood Ave. N., PMB 214, Seattle, WA 98103.
